It's so easy to get caught up in the excitement when attending open houses in this market. This is a great time to take a closer look at the home because you may think about the home differently in person compared to in person. I often have buyers experience extreme excitement over a property that just hit the MLS, but once they actually pull up, and realize this is it they become disappointed and preferred it much more online!
